Tek-Sil® GP6X Series, Highest Thermal Conductivity, 14 W/m-K
If you need a gap filler with higher thermal conductivity, Tek-Sil® GP6X is rated at 14 watt/mk compared to 1.5 watt/mk for the standard "GP" material. This material is presently available in five thicknesses.
As with all other Tek-Sil® materials, can be die cut special shapes to customer specifications.
To order sheets of "GP6X" specify the thickness
(Part number GP6X-118 for a sheet .118" (3.0mm) thick).
