Tek-Sil® GP8X Series, Higher Thermal Conductivity, 13 W/m-K

If you need a non-silicone gap filler, the Tek-Sil® GP8X Series is a highly conformable, thermally conductive, non-flammable acrylate resin (non-silicone) sheet with thermally conductive fillers. As with the original Tek-Sil® GP material, the high performance "GP8XH" is available with one hardened surface to ease handling of the material. Release liner is supplied on one side. Tek-Sil® GP8XN is extruded with a nylon mesh that makes it puncture resistant while not affecting the thermal properties of the base material. Tek-Sil® GP8XHN has one hardened surface and is extruded with a nylon mesh that makes it puncture resistant while not affecting the thermal properties of the base material. Release liner is supplied on one side.
